Margarita

2 -4 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice

1 - 2 tbsp Agave nectar

2 1/2 oz. (75 ml) Tequila

coarse sea salt (to rim glass)

Rub your glass rim with Lime wedge , Dip and twist into saucer of coarse sea salt , combine all other ingredients  and mix well , place ice into glass , now pour contents into glass , garnish with lime (optional) for blended , place ingredients into blender and blend with ice til like slushie and pour into salt rimmed glass **( salt is optional, DO NOT use table salt)

 

Easter Egg Martini

1 oz. (30 ml) Vodka

2 oz. (60 ml) Vanilla Vodka

1/2 oz. (15 ml) Creme de Cacao

1/2 oz. (15 ml) Bailey's Irish Cream

1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) half & half

1 Cadbury Creme Egg

Hersheys Chocolate Syrup

1 mini Cadbury Egg ( for Garnish)

Drizzle syrup in chilled martini glass and place in freezer , thoroughly muddle the standard size Cadbury Egg and Vodka's in cocktail mixer , add ice , Creme de Cacao , Bailey's and half and half, strain into glass , garnish with mini Cadbury Egg

Pineapple Upsidedown Cake Martini

1 1/2 oz. (45 ml) Vanilla or Cake Vodka

2 oz.( 60 ml) Pineapple Juice 

Splash of Grenadine

Garnish with mint

In a chilled Martini glass , add your splash of Grenadine , next combine your Vodka and Pineapple juice in cocktail shaker , shake , strain into glass slowly and garnish with fresh mint sprig 

Mimosa

3/4 cup chilled Champagne

1/4 cup Orange Juice

Combine 3 parts chilled Champagne with 1 part Orange Juice , serve in a chilled flute or stemmed glass , garnish with berrys

Blow Job

1 oz. (30 ml) Kahlua

1 oz. (30 ml) Bailey's Irish Cream 

top with whipped cream

Place Bailey's and Kahlua in large sho glass , and pile on the whipped cream

Sex On The Beach

1 oz.(30 ml) Vodka

1 oz.(30 ml) Peach Schnapps

3 oz.(90 ml) Orange Juice

3 oz.(90 ml) Cranberry Juice

Fill a highball  of stemmed glass with ice , pour in Vodka and Peach Schnapps , then fill glass half with Orange juice and half Cranberry juice

Mudslide

1 oz.(30 ml) Vodka

1 oz.(30 ml) Kahlua

1 oz.(30 ml) Irish Cream

1 cup ice

Combine Vodka , Coffee Liqueur , Irish Cream and heavy cream in a shaker, add ice , shake , strain into glass

Long Island Iced Tea

1/2 oz.(15 ml) Vodka                      

1/2 oz.(15 ml) Triple Sec

1/2 oz.(15 ml) Rum                        

 1 oz.(30 ml) Sweet and Sour mix

1/2 oz.(15 ml) Gin                            

1 oz.(30 ml) Cola

1/2 oz.(15 ml) Tequila                        Garnish with Lemon

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice , pour Vodka , Rum ,Gin ,Tequila ,Triple Sec , and sweet and sour mix over ice , cover and shake , pour into a collins or hurricane glass , top with splash of cola for colour , garnish with Lemon slice

Vodka & Tonic

2 oz.(60 ml) Vodka        

  Splash of Lime Juice

Tonic Water           Garnish with Lime Wedge

Pour Vodka and lime juice into an iced filled highball glass , fill with tonic and stir , garnish with  lime wedge

Gin & Tonic

2 oz. (60 ml) Gin              

 Garnish with Lime Wedge

Tonic water

Pour the Gin into an iced filled highball glass , fill with Tonic and stir well , garnish with Lime wedge

U.K. Sour

1 1/2 oz.(45 ml) Highland Park single malt Scotch      

1/2 oz.(15 ml) Cinnamon Syrup

1/2 oz.(15 ml) Lemon Juice                

1/4 oz.(8 ml) Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur

Float of Red Wine

Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice , shake and strain into a rocks glass , float with Red Wine

New York Sour

2 oz. (60 ml) bourbon

1 oz. (30 ml) Lemon Juice

1 oz. (30 ml) Simple Syrup

Float of red wine (either Shiraz or Malbec)

Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice , shake and strain into glass , float with red wine   *(Float , pour your wine slowly over back of spoon into glass)

Whiskey Sour

1 1/2 oz. Whiskey                3/4 oz. Simple Syrup

1 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice         Garnish with a Marachino Cherry

Pour the Whiskey , Lemon Juice and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with ice , shake well , strain into sour glass and garnish with cherry

Martha Jones (Medical Mojo)

1 oz. Dark Rum            1/2 oz. Kahlua

1 oz. Frangelico           4 oz. Coffee

Pour alcohol into coffee and stir , Garnish with Whipped Cream , Chocolate Sauce and ground Nutmeg

Optional * Pre freeze coffee into ice cubes , add your alcohol and serve chilled

 

The Red Jelly Baby

1 oz. Cherry Vodka         1/2 oz. Grenadine

1/2 oz. Triple Sec           1/4 oz. Peach Schnapps

4 oz. Sprite

Measure all alcohols and Grenadine into a mixer with ice , shake well add Sprite and serve in a highball glass on the rocks , Garnish with jelly babies candies

The TARDIS-tini

2 oz. Hpnotiq                    3/4 oz. Vodka

1 oz. Creme de Violette      1/2 oz. Blue Curacao

Mix all ingredients in a shaker , shake and strain into a chilled stemmed cocktail glass , garnish with Orange wheel cut hexagonally  and edible gold stars

Rose Tyler or (Bad Wolf)

1 oz. Vodka                  Splash Grenadine (for colour)

2 oz. Sweet and Sour     5 or 6 drops Rose Water on top

Add Vodka, Sweet and Sour , and Grenadine to a shaker filled with ice , shake well , strain into a stemmed cocktail glass , add Rose Water , Optional garnish Lime

Ace Nitro 9

1 oz. Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey      1/2 Pint Coca Cola or Reed's Gingerbeer

Bacardi 151 Floater                        1 lighter or match

Pour the Fireball into a shot glass and layer the 151 on top with a spoon , then ignite shot and drop (while still flaming) into your Coke or Gingerbeer

Gallifreyan Knight

1 1/2 oz. Whisky          3/4 oz. Blue Curacao

1 1/2 oz. Spiced Rum   3/4 oz. Lime Juice

3 oz. Sweet and Sour   1 or 2 dashes Orange Bitters 

Add all ingredients to a mixer filled with ice , shake well , serve straight up or on the rocks in an old fashioned or collins glass , Garnish with a lime wheel and a Orange twist
