E-Z Lemon Mouse

Ingredients :

                 1 container either lemon curd jam or lemon pie filling

                 1 pint whipping cream

Tools needed:

                  1 bowl

                  1 whisk

                  1 squeeze bottle

                  2 spoons

                  2 dessert dishes

Preperation :

Pour your pint of whipping cream into your bowl , beat with wisk until starts to set up , now start bit by bit adding your lemon curd or pie filling , continue to wisk until set up to a pudding consistency , now using one of your spoons , take your squeeze bottle and fill it with the mixture , now drizzle it into your dessert bowls  , and garnish if desired **(Note: may be served wth sliced strawberries)

Ground Meat Stuffed Bell Peppers (Serves Two)

Ingredients :

                 2 Medium to large Bell Peppers (any Colour , I used Green)

                 3/4 ths of a pound Ground Beef , Pork ,Turkey , Veal  or Chicken

                Two Tablespoons Diced Freah Onion ( or if dried 1/2 the amount)

                Two Tablespoons Diced Fresh Celery

                1 half Teaspoonful  Oregano

                1 Teaspoonful Salt 

                ! Teaspoonful Pepper

                1/8 th Cup Shredded Cheese ( any Type)

Tools Neeed :

                1 Kitchen Knife

                1 Cutting Board

                1 Nonstick Frying Pan

                4 Tablespoons of  Cooking oil

                1 Baking Sheet

Preparation :

Take your Bell Peppers and your kitchen knife and remove tops and seeds from peppers , and set them aside , now take your seasonings , Ground Meat , fresh or dried Onion and Celery and brown them in your frying pan with your oil , set your oven at 365°, and place your mixture of meat into the peppers  top with shredded cheese and place into your oven for 30 - 40 minutes , check every fifteen minutes , when cheese has melted and pepers have shhrivled  slightly your Stuffed Peppers should be done and ready to enjoy

 

Mini Tea Cakes and Cake Pops

Ingredients :

                  2 Boxes (any Flavuor) Cake Mixes ( I used Lemon)

                  1 container of Matching frosting or Jelly

                  Powdered Sugar (for dusting)

                 4 - 6 Eggs (depending on Cake mix)

                 1/4 - 1/ cup cooking oil

Tools Needed :

                    1 Mixing bowl

                    1 spatula

                    1 Baking Pallette Knife

                    1 hand or electric mixer

                    1 Non stick Cake Pop Mould

                    12 - 18 lollipop sticks ( may be bought at craft or baking supply shops)

                    1 Non stick Mini Woopie Pie Mould

                    2 Cooling Racks

Preparation :

Going by Cake Mix directions ,  mix up cakes and pour into your moulds , depending upon mixes set your oven at either 350° or 400° F. an bake until a toothpick comes out clear of batter , bring ou ofoven and place on cooling racks , when cool You ma start to decorate , for Cake Pops , place stick in base and using either dipping or by bakng pallete knife cot with frosting , with You other akes yu may either fill the centre with frosting or jams such a lemon curd or raspberry , and dust the tops with powdered sugar to finish , the photo show is after removed from oven and before decorated **(Note: There are to styles of Cake Pop moulds ,( flat bottom as shown here ) and the sphiracal type
