Soda Water Berry Cubes
Needed :
1 basket mixed berries ( Raspberries , Blueberries , Blackberries)
1 or 2 Clean empty Ice Trays
1 liter Soda Water or Gingerale
Instructions :
Wash your berries , place as many as you can fit in each cube section , add your Soda Water or Gingerale and place in freezer to set
VARIATIONS;
Instead of using Water or Soda , use Vodka or Gin or even Champange and use in your cocktails , *Note ( due to the alcohol content , these cubes will take longer to set in freezer
Fruit Variation ; put fresh mint together with raspberries into ice tray
Strawberry Margarita Jello Shots
1 Cup Water
1 Basket of Strawberries
1 packet Strawberry Jello
3/4 Cup Tequila
1/4 Cup Triple Sec
Coarse Salt
Lime wedges to Garnish
Boil water , cut bottom off bottom of berries so they will stand flat , hollow out middle of berries using a knife or melon baller , disolve gelatin in boiling water , add alcohol to gelatin mixture , pour this mixture into the hollows of berries and place in fridge , * due to the alcohol it shall take up to four hours to set up , place your coarse salt on a saucer and dip the top of set up berries in salt , now garnish with lime wedge
Pink Lemonaide Jello Shots
6-10 Lemons
2 packets Knox Gelatin
1 Cup Vodka
1 Cup Lemonaide
Few drops Red food colouring
Cut Lemons in half , remove the pulp , keeping the white pith , now mix your Vodka , Lemonaide , and powdered gelatin , along with a few drops food colouring , pour mixture into Lemon rind cups , place in fridge to firm up , slice into wedges and serve
Mini Guinness Jello Shots
1 Packet Knox Gelatin
1 tbsp Cocoa
2 oz. (60ml) sugar
1 Can Draft Guinness Stout
2 oz. (60 ml) Bailey's Irish Cream
2tsp gelatin , 4 tbsp hot water 1 tsp Cocoa , mix in 10 tbsp draft Guinness , mix together and pour into glass let set 1 hour
Foam part 1 : 3 tbsp Baileys , 2 tsp Knox Gelatin , mix and pour onto saucer and place in fridge to set up , once set chop into small pieces and place ontop of Guinness jello
Foam part 2 : repeat steps above for foam # 1 only this time pour over chopped foam and Guinness , repllace into fridge another hour , or til set up
Mojito Lime Wedge Jello Shots
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 envelopes unflavoured gelatin
3/4 cup fresh lime juice
3 stems fresh mint leaves
1 cup white rum
In a pot combine water and sugar over a medium heat , and stir until sugar dissolves , remove from heat nd stir in the gelatin , add the lime juice and mint leaves , allow to steep 12 to 15 min. remove stems from mint (leaving leafs)
hollow out your lime shells , leave empty lime shells in halves until jello has set , then slice into wedges , sprinkle your chopped mint into jello and allow to set for at least three hours
