Day of the Doctor 50th Anniversary episode in 3 D *****
This 3D cinema version of BBC's long running television show was worth it, maybe not for the 3D bit, but for the intro at the beginning by both Matt Smith & David Tennant , also Sir John Hurt plays an aged version of Paul MaGann's eighth doctor who in previous stories is said to have destroyed his own race the Timelords ending the time war between the Daleks & the doctor's home world of Gallifrey, in this special anniversary story Hurt's incarnation is given a chance , with the help of David Tennant's & Matt Smith's doctors to change his past and save his race , but is left at the end not knowing if he's save his planet or not , special guest apperance by fourth doctor Tom Baker gives Matt Smith's incarnation a clue leading him now on the search to find his hidden home world , and Billie Piper reprised her role as the Bad Wolf version of rose Tyler , but not actually Rose, but the interface of a Gallifrean device known as the Moment, this interface guides Hurt's incarnation into a meeting with his future selfs, Jenna Louse Coleman also reprises her role as Clara Oswin Oswald, as well as the production special at the end , which was narrated by the sixth Docter Colin Baker, these above mentioned items were not seen in the airing of this Anniversary episode by BBC America & could only be seen by theatre goers , this special airing is a Must see for all Whovians , I give this Flick 5 sonic screwdrivers
