North Korean Crew Missing After Capsize Off South

A ship carrying North Korean sailors , has sunk off South Korea , killing at least two people , sixteen sailors were on board the Mongolian flagged 4,300 ton cargo ship that went down in high waves and strong winds , the ship sent out a distress call in International waters in the early hours of  Friday , going down bout 80 miles (130km) South of the Southern Port city of Yeosn 

Three of the crew have been rescued , South korean Official's said a search was underway for the remaining eleven crew members , South Korea's coast guard said 13 vessels and six aircraft were involver in the search , it is not clear what exactlly caused the vessel to sink , it was carrying a shipment of iron ore to China from the North Korean Port city of Chongjin

All three rescued sailors were taken to a hospital on the Southern South Korean island of Jeju , and none of them was in a life threatening condition , the coast guard said

South Korea generally returns North Korean saliors who encounter trouble in it's waters , if they wish to return
