Chevron Refinery Ablaze

This evening the City of Richmond Issued an emergency Shelter in place warning , as a fire raged at one of their North Richmond Chevron Petrol Refineries, the blaze began around 6:15 p.m. p.s.t., Chevron Officials report one of their workers sustained minor injuries , officials also say that it is too soon to tell the cause of the blaze
